How to order groceries online in Debra (step by step)

Ordering groceries online in Debra takes about two minutes with BYTO Home. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
1. Pick your town
Tap Deliver to at the top of the site (or the location bar in the app) and choose your town. You can also use your current location. Prices and availability are set per town, which is why we ask first.
2. Find what you need
Browse by category — Fruits & Veggies, Dairy & Eggs, Atta, Rice & Dal and more — or use the search bar. Each product shows its pack size, price and discount.
3. Add to cart and check out
Add items with the + button and open your cart to see the bill: item total, any delivery and handling fee, taxes, and a coupon discount if you have a code. Sign in with Google or create an account with your email, enter your delivery address and phone number, and place the order.
4. Pay when it arrives
Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay the rider in cash at your door. Read more in how Cash on Delivery works.
5. Track your order
From My orders you can watch the status move from accepted to packing to out for delivery. If the shop is closed when you order, you can still place it — it is scheduled and delivered after opening.
Tips for a smooth order
- Add your PIN code so we can confirm your town.
- Keep your phone handy — the rider may call for directions.
- Check the bill before checkout; the free-delivery progress bar in the cart shows how close you are.
